I was reading my friend Jody’s blog earlier, and it inspired me.  As anybody who knows me will tell you, I am NOT a photographer, and while Jody’s pictures are very cool, here are a few pictures I took  around our hotel here in Cascade Locks, OR.

I think the bridge in the first picture is technically called “Bridge of the Gods,” or something equally auspicious, but the locals refer to it as the “Twilight Bridge” since if figures prominently in the Twilight  movies, which  were filled in and around  The Dalles.

I’ll post some more examples of why I am a preacher and not a photographer in the next few days.
